Carlton Brumfield graduated from Winchester High school in 1980, Mt Senario College in 1983 with a B.S. in History, Cum Laude and obtained his Juris Doctor from IU School of Law - Indianapolis in 1987. 

Carlton also serves as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Randolph County and is married to Brenda Callahan and they have 2 children.
